GM Equipment Rentals and our sister company, Hydraulix, is a rapidly growing full-service equipment rental, sales, parts & service company. We have many locations, including Columbus OH. As a result of our significant growth, GM Equipment Rentals / Hydraulix is in need of 1 full time administrative/parts assistant for our Columbus, OH location.

Job responsibilities would include (but are not limited to):

  • Writing and tracking internal service work.
  • Writing estimates and bills for customers.
  • Completing proper paperwork in accordance with work done that day.
  • Ordering parts
  • Generating PO's
  • Checking in parts orders.
  • Monitor inventory levels
  • ETC.
Job Requirements:

  • Must have a valid driver's license and be able to take background /drug test.
  • 2 + years of admin work, service writing or parts management experience.
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Excel, Word, QuickBooks, etc. 
  • Familiarity with heavy equipment / trucks and parts a plus.
